I ordered the Willow bed for my daughter, as her first bed. From the first phonecall to receiving the furniture, I was made to feel a valued customer and nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with all the furniture and of the delivery of the items . The furniture is of excellent quality and looks wonderful . The delivery men had a hard task as the furniture needed to be taken to a third floor ! They carefully managed this well and erected the furniture easily . They disposed of all the packaging and left everything neat and tidy ! All in all very pleased !

The delivery guys were brilliant, they set up my son bed. The beds are just perfect, very sturdy and look great. My review will be with you before the end of this week.
