I received my photo album at the weekend, it is lovely and I am so happy with it. I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you so much! After being let down by lots of other companies recently, you have gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and to provide me with exactly what I was looking for, which I couldn’t find anywhere else. There are not many companies that I know of, that would have provided the level of customer service that you have, so thank you, it is very much appreciated!

Both sets have now been installed and they do look stunning! Thank you so much for being patient with all our requests. Girls are loving their new bedrooms and we (adults) feel really jealous and wish we were kids again! :) I did notice that you added the set to your range, I hope that people like it (as much as we do!), and it will bring you many more customers. Perhaps you can let us know how popular it becomes...
