I ordered the willow bed for my daughter, as her first bed. From my first phone call to receiving the bed the customer service has been exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. I was definitely made to feel like a valued customer. I ordered the bed a week before Christmas and Little Lucy Willow delivered so quickly my little girl was able to spend Christmas Eve in her new bed. The bed is made from high quality wood and the craftmanship is fantastic. It was most definitely worth every penny. This bed will last for many years to come. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be ordering more furniture from them in the future.

We bought a bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, toy cupboard and bookcase from the Archie Fairweather collection in blue. It is all beautifully and solidly made. The customer service was brilliant. We even had the furniture put in place in the room and the bed constructed for us. We are going to buy from the girls collection for our youngest.
