Just a short note to say the furniture arrived today and we are absolutely delighted with it! It looks perfect in Francesca’s new bedroom and she loves it. The guys who delivered and assembled were lovely, professional right from the phone call to say what time they’d be arriving, very polite, tidy and arranged all of the furniture in the right places. They added a nice personal touch to the experience rather than the typical delivery and assembly services offered from so many other companies. I know they don’t work directly for you but they certainly flew the flag for your brand - thought you’d want to know that.

I received my photo album at the weekend, it is lovely and I am so happy with it. I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you so much! After being let down by lots of other companies recently, you have gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and to provide me with exactly what I was looking for, which I couldn’t find anywhere else.
