March will once again play host to National Bed Month, an initiative launched by The Sleep Council.
Little Lucy Willow will be joining this 31-day quest to improve the nation’s sleeping habits - not least those of our children - by offering advice on everything from evening routines and sleep-inducing decor, to our very own area of expertise...beds.
Let’s get started by asking you some very simple questions posed by The Sleep Council.
If you can answer ‘yes’ five or more times then we’re afraid you need to invest in a new bed!
Is your mattress seven years old..
A comfortable bed which is sufficiently large and supportive is essential for a good night's sleep. But it's not the only thing that will help us get the rest we need.
The position we sleep in is also central to our wellbeing so if snoring, heartburn or the dreaded wrinkles are blighting your life, it could simply be that you need to roll over!

Sleeping on your back is considered to be the best position for your neck and spine as they are resting in a neutral position, allowing your mattress to support them.
This position is also good for those keen on main..
So December is here and the madness has just gone up a notch.
