Ahh Autumn. Trees and hedgerows bursting with colour, often against a cobalt sky. I purposely omitted the part where a ferocious storm strips the trees, sending rain-soaked leaves crashing to the pavement, where they are pummeled and mushed before finally ending up on your living room carpet. It’s best just to bury our heads and pretend that isn’t even a possibility!
