Delivery
Within 2-4 weeks from order. Our 2 man delivery team will contact you a few days in advance of your intended delivery date to confirm a day and approximate time. If you require a call 30 minutes before they arrive please request this when they contact you.
Your item(s) will be taken to the room of choice however, for an extra cost, we can install and remove the packaging for you. Should you require it, this option is given at the checkout stage.
IMPORTANT: All measurements are given on our website however for large and heavy items please make sure that you have considered any access restrictions (ie from parking to winding staircases). I just wanted to say a sincere thank you for our absolutely gorgeous furniture. It was packed extremely well, you could tell that great care and attention had been paid to ensure it wasn't damaged in transit. The furniture is beautifully hand carved and looks stunning and we are absolutely thrilled with it.

reviewing Florence Flutterby Tall Bookcase
I recently purchased 2 Looby Lou beds for my daughters. The beds are beautiful, look very sturdy and the finish is of the highest standard.I also bought 2 mattresses which are extremely comfortable without being too soft. My daughters are delighted with their beds particularly the little one who now loves going to bed in the evening.
The delivery process was very smooth and the customer care very efficient. I would highly recommend Little Lucy Willow if you are looking for high quality long lasting furniture.

This bed is amazing!! We have had it a while now just getting round to writing this review. Outstanding quality and a truly gorgeous piece of furniture for any little girls bedroom, my daughter absolutely loves it! I'm now about to purchase the drawers to go under it.
